料理の道は上海で割烹料理から始めるという異色の経歴を持つ三牧シェフ。
フレンチの道は婚礼会社のテイクアンドギブニーズで結婚式の料理をスタート。
その後は様々なレストランやホテルなどでキャリアを積み料理長まで務める本格派シェフ。
バターソースとお肉料理の火加減はシェフのこだわりを強く持ち、お客様にも是非食べていただきたいです。
