宮元 雄介 シェフ

1981年、鹿児島県生まれ。16歳の頃からフランス料理の世界へ踏み出す。

大阪府内のホテルのレストランで10年料理人を勤めたあと、関西・近畿エリアの有名フレンチレストランで活躍。

現在は自らの店【宮もと】で、オーナーシェフを務める。

クラシックなフランス料理をテーマにシンプルに素材の味を感じられるフランス料理を目指す。
